Yes, we offer same-day service in all metro cities. Book before 4 PM and a professional can reach your door within 2 hours. You can also schedule for a future date and time that works for you.
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule from the app or by calling our support team. Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled slot are free. Cancellations within 2 hours may have a small fee.
All prices on ProNearMe are fixed and shown upfront before you book. The amount you see at checkout is the final amount. There are no additional charges for visit fees, diagnosis, or labour. If spare parts are needed, the technician will show you the price before proceeding.
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery. All online payments are processed through a secure gateway with bank-grade encryption.
Yes, all prices shown on ProNearMe include 18% GST. You will receive a proper GST invoice for every booking via email and in your account.
Every professional goes through a three-step verification: Aadhaar identity verification, police background check, and a hands-on skill assessment conducted by our team. Only professionals who clear all three steps can take bookings on our platform.
Every booking comes with a 30-day service warranty. If you are not happy with the work, contact us within 30 days. We will send another professional to redo the job at no extra cost. If the issue is still not resolved, you get a full refund.
Yes, all spare parts used by ProNearMe professionals are genuine and branded. The technician will show you the part and its MRP before installing it. You are never charged above MRP for any spare part.
Yes. Every professional is Aadhaar-verified and police background-checked before joining our platform. You receive the professional name, photo, and phone number before they arrive. You can also track their live location on the app.
Our professionals are trained to work carefully. In the rare event of accidental damage, report it to our support team within 24 hours. We investigate each case and ensure fair resolution, including repair or compensation as needed.
You need a phone number to book. We send an OTP to verify your number. You do not need to create a password or fill in a long registration form. Your booking history and invoices are saved automatically.
